Buy & Activate Your Galaxy Warranty
When you purchase your Samsung Galaxy phone, say no to the retailer warranty. You have up to 120 days after purchase to protect it with Upsie. Simply upload a picture or copy of your receipt in your Upsie account to activate coverage.
If you buy your phone the same day as your warranty, your coverage starts the same day. If you order your phone and buy your warranty before it arrives, your coverage starts the day your phone is delivered. Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. Make a Claim
You can make a claim 24/7/365 online or by phone. We will let you know on the first call if your claim is covered and explain repair options. A picture of the device may be required for verification. Our representatives can even schedule a repair appointment for you! Your deductible will be collected at this time, too.
My smartphone is leased. Can I still buy a warranty?
Yes, we cover devices that are not paid in full (meaning you are paying your carrier monthly via a lease agreement). If your phone breaks and is fixable, we will fix it. If your phone needs to be replaced, you may need to first get permission from your carrier to get a replacement.
