Buy & Activate Your Warranty
Skip an overpriced warranty when you purchase your baby bouncer, monitor and other baby devices. You can buy an Upsie Warranty for your new or used devices up to 60 days after purchase. Activate your Upsie coverage by uploading a picture or copy of your device receipt in your account.
Upsie baby monitors and camera warranties cover accidental damage like drops and spills. There’s a 31 day waiting period post-purchase before you can make a claim. Baby monitors, cameras and all other baby device warranties extend the manufacturer warranty, as well. We may direct you to the manufacturer if your device is still being covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Make a Claim
Talk with our US-based claims center 24/7/365 to file your claim. A real person will walk you through the claim and let you know on that call if the claim is covered. In rare cases, you will need to send us a picture of your broken baby monitor or camera.
Common answers to frequently asked questions

We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the baby electronics. For example, if you have an item with a purchase value of $799.99, and it costs $249.99 to repair it, then you would have $550.00 remaining in claims.
