Non-Subscription protection plans purchased prior to January 20, 2024 are still in effect through Upsie’s prior insurance partners.
If You Need to File a Claim:
If you DO NOT have a subscription currently with Upsie, but made a one-time sale for a protection plan prior to January 20, 2024, refer to your email for documents and information sent to you for how to file a claim with either Centricity or Fortegra, dependent on who your protection plan was provided through at the time.

Cancelling an Active Upsie Protection Plan Subscription:
If you would like to cancel your current Upsie subscription, please click here. Your subscription protection plan will stay in full effect while payments are made, with backing from AKKO LLC and its AM Best A-Rated Insurance partners if you choose to keep your subscription active.
