How It Works:

Buy & Activate Your Portable Audio Warranty

Don’t bother adding on a warranty when you buy your new headphones, MP3 player or bluetooth speaker. You can buy an Upsie warranty online up to 60 days post-purchase. After you buy your Upsie warranty, activate it by uploading a picture or copy of your product receipt in your Upsie account.

Coverage Starts

Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)

Make a Claim

Our claims center is open 24/7/365 to take your calls. Simply call the number listed in your account or submit a form to start the claim. A real person will walk you through the process and let you know on that call if your claim is covered. In rare cases, you will need to send us a picture of your broken device.

Q

Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my headphones?

A

We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the device. For example, if you have headphones with a purchase value of $349.99, and we repair it for $149.99, then you would have $200.00 remaining in claims.
