IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS I CAN MAKE ON MY OUTDOOR/TOOL PRODUCT?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the Outdoor/Tool product. For example, if you have an Outdoor/Tool product with a purchase value of $799.99, and it costs us $249.99 to repair it, then you would have $550.00 remaining in claims.
HOW DOES MY OUTDOOR/TOOL PRODUCT GET REPAIRED?
You can take your Outdoor/Tool product to a local repair shop or let us take care of it! We will pay for round-trip shipping to and from our certified repair center. It will be diagnosed, repaired, and then sent back to you in working order.
CAN I BUY A WARRANTY ON A USED/REFURBISHED OUTDOOR/TOOL PURCHASE?
No, currently we only cover products that are brand new.
I JUST PURCHASED MY WARRANTY, WHEN CAN I MAKE MY FIRST CLAIM?
You will have to wait until the 31st day from when you purchased the warranty before you can make your first claim.
DO YOU COVER MY MODEL OF OUTDOOR/TOOL PRODUCT?
Yes, we cover all models of Outdoor/Tool products as long as there is at least a 90-day manufacturer's warranty provided.
