How it works

Buy & Activate Your Pixel Warranty

Skip the warranty add-on when you order your new Google Pixel phone. You have up to 120 days to purchase an Upsie warranty. Easily activate your coverage by uploading a copy of your Pixel’s receipt in your Upsie account.

Coverage Starts

If your new Pixel and Upsie warranty are purchased on the same day, your Upsie protection for drops and spills begins immediately. If you purchase your Upsie warranty later, or if you purchase a used Pixel, Upsie accident protection begins on the 31st day after you buy your warranty. Upsie warranty coverage extends Google’s manufacturer warranty, as well. This coverage begins the day after the manufacturer warranty ends. If your Pixel is still under Google’s manufacturer warranty, we may reroute you to them.

Make a Claim

Our USA claims center is open 24/7/365 and phones are answered by people, not machines. They will let you know on your first call if the claim is covered. Occasionally, photo verification is required. Once approved, a representative will collect your deductible and walk you through repair options. They can even schedule an appointment for you.


Common answers to frequently asked questions


My smartphone is leased. Can I still buy a warranty?


Yes, we cover devices that are not paid in full (meaning you are paying your carrier monthly via a lease agreement). If your phone breaks and is fixable, we will fix it. If your phone needs to be replaced, you may need to first get permission from your carrier to get a replacement.
