How it Works:

Buy & Activate Your Warranty

Skip the overpriced retailer plan. Buy your Upsie warranty when you pre-order your phone or anytime after that. Activate your plan in your Upsie account by entering some basic device information.

Warranty Coverage Starts

If you purchased your device in the last 30 days, provide your receipt during activation to waive the claims waiting period, or wait 90 days before you can make a claim. Protection for accidents starts immediately after one of these is complete. (Read more in our FAQ)

Make a Claim

File a claim 24/7/365 with real people. They will let you know on the first call if your claim is covered and collect your deductible (if applicable). Then they’ll help you schedule a repair appointment.

My smartphone is leased. Can I still buy a warranty?

Yes, we cover devices that are not paid in full (meaning you are paying your carrier monthly via a lease agreement). If your phone breaks and is fixable, we will fix it. If your phone needs to be replaced, you may need to first get permission from your carrier to get a replacement.
