Make a Claim
You can file a claim at any time with our US-based claims center. A real person will walk you through the claim and let you know on that call if it is covered. You may be asked to send us a picture of your broken tablet for verification. After the claim is approved, our representatives will collect your deductible and help you coordinate your repair.
Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my iPad?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the iPad. For example, if you have a tablet with a purchase value of $799.99, and it costs us $249.99 for a repair, you will have $550 of claims left.
