Don’t Miss These Upcoming Nintendo Switch Games

Between now and next spring, Nintendo Switch owners are in for a treat. That’s because 15 new Nintendo Switch games are scheduled to launch on the console in the coming months. In addition, around half as many are also in the pipeline.
That said, these could be here as early as next spring as well. With upcoming games in categories including action, adventure, RPG, party, strategy, and more, there’s truly no shortage of things to look forward to. What follows is a closer insight into just a handful of them.
Don’t miss these five much-anticipated titles coming soon to Nintendo’s best-selling Switch.

Mario Party Superstars

Release date: October 29, 2021
A second outing for Mario Party on the Switch, Nintendo promises to showcase the best of the series with Mario Party Superstars. Switch owners have the chance to play 100 of the best-ever Mario Party minigames from the franchise.
Not only that, but Nintendo is also bringing online matchmaking functionality to Mario Party Superstars. As such, the latest Mario Party title will allow players to compete against others worldwide, multiplayer-style.

Shin Megami Tensei V

Release date: November 12, 2021
Anyone looking for a new post-apocalyptic RPG to play on their Nintendo Switch will be excited for Shin Megami Tensei V. Building on the success of existing Megami Tensei titles, the game promises to be both challenging and visually beautiful.
Playing as the title’s half-demon protagonist, Shin Megami Tensei V looks likely to be immediately familiar in terms of its place as a classic role-playing game. At the same time, there’s almost certain to be a unique underlying flavor. Add in the existing mechanics that past Megami Tensei releases have been celebrated for, and it nicely adds up to an all-new Nintendo Switch offering that’s hopefully worth waiting for.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond (and Shining Pearl)

Release date: November 19, 2021
Fifteen years on, Pokemon Diamond and Pokemon Pearl, two titles beloved of past Nintendo DS owners, are now making their return on the Switch. The updated art style chosen for Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Pokemon Shining Pearl will be familiar to those who’ve already played Nintendo’s two Pokemon: Let’s Go games for the Switch.
Moreover, Nintendo will also borrow from the adorable brand of character design utilized in Zelda: Link’s Awakening. The art style and character design aside, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl each promise to be entirely faithful remasters of the original Diamond and Pearl titles. With that, both games are sure to go down a storm while further offering a hit of nostalgia to more old-school Pokemon fans in the process.

Mineko’s Night Market

Release date: Late 2021
And now for something entirely different, because Mineko’s Night Market is quite unlike any other game on this list. The game is set for release at the end of the year. Mineko’s Night Market will let players care for and raise cats and kittens in a unique way.
Of course, there’s more to Mineko’s Night Market than just its primary premise. The gameplay mirrors aspects of both Animal Crossing and Stardew Valley with options to explore, craft, sell items, and more.
For those who can see its charm, it could be among the best Nintendo Switch releases of the year.

Marvel’s Midnight Suns

Release date: Spring 2022
Finally, and something to look forward to in the New Year is Marvel’s Midnight Suns. Set to come to the Nintendo Switch sometime in March, comic book fans are excited about the tactical RPG. Expect appearances from famous characters from various Marvel-owned properties, including Avengers and X-Men.
The game promises a reliance on strategic elements. In addition, the adventure will be played as an entirely customizable Marvel hero. It’s little wonder that there’s already a significant buzz surrounding Midnight Suns, even months ahead of its release.

Protect Your Switch With an Upsie Warranty

By purchasing an Upsie warranty for your Switch, you can prolong its life and ensure you have the best experience with your favorite Nintendo Switch games. In addition, Upsie is often more than 70 percent less expensive than warranties offered by competitors. A three-year Nintendo Switch warranty costs $49.99, including unlimited claims up to the purchase price of the device.
Upsie’s video gaming warranty packages also provide all-important accidental damage protection — something that’s rarely included in the standard limited warranties granted by manufacturers. Accordingly, extended warranty coverage from Upsie isn’t just more affordable; it’s also comprehensive.
