Buy & Activate Your Warranty
Skip an overpriced warranty when you purchase your baby bouncer, monitor and other baby devices. You can buy an Upsie Warranty for your new or used devices up to 60 days after purchase. Activate your Upsie coverage by uploading a picture or copy of your device receipt in your account.
Coverage Starts
Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)
Make a Claim
Talk with our US-based claims center 24/7/365 to file your claim. A real person will walk you through the claim and let you know on that call if the claim is covered. In rare cases, you will need to send us a picture of your broken baby monitor or camera.
Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my baby electronics?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the baby electronics. For example, if you have an item with a purchase value of $799.99, and it costs $249.99 to repair it, then you would have $550.00 remaining in claims.
