If there are no repair options conveniently located to you, a representative can provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item to a repair facility. Please keep in mind that you may be responsible for some or all of the shipping, packaging, and insurance costs. It's important to protect your item with bubble wrap or other materials to ensure it arrives safely, as we are not responsible if additional damage or something happens to it during shipping.
If the cost of repair is not feasible, a claims representative will work to find a replacement device.
