Coverage Starts
Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)
Make a Claim
Talk with our US-based claims center 24/7/365 to file your claim. A real person will let you know on that call if the claim is covered and walk you through your options to get your tech working again. Our claims center will collect any deductibles right over the phone. It’s possible that you will need to send us a picture of your broken smart home tech.
Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my home tech electronics?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the home tech electronic. Example, If you have a home tech electronic with a purchase value of $499.99, and it costs us $149.99 to repair it, then you would have $350.00 remaining in claims.
