How it Works:

Buy & Activate Your Smart Home Tech Warranty

Ignore the warranty add-on when you purchase your new or used smart home tech. After you purchase your Upsie warranty, activate it by uploading a picture or copy of your receipt in your Upsie account.

Coverage Starts

Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)

Make a Claim

Talk with our US-based claims center 24/7/365 to file your claim. A real person will let you know on that call if the claim is covered and walk you through your options to get your tech working again. Our claims center will collect any deductibles right over the phone. It’s possible that you will need to send us a picture of your broken smart home tech.

Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my home tech electronics?

We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the home tech electronic. Example, If you have a home tech electronic with a purchase value of $499.99, and it costs us $149.99 to repair it, then you would have $350.00 remaining in claims.

Always a pleasant experience unlike using other warranty companies out there. Pretty straightforward procedures.
