IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF CLAIMS I CAN MAKE ON MY APPLIANCE?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the appliance. For example, if you have an appliance with a purchase value of $999.99, and we send out a repair technician with a total bill of $249.99, then you would have $750.00 remaining in claims.
HOW DOES MY APPLIANCE GET REPAIRED?
Our customer care team will schedule and send out a technician to your home to fix your major appliance on site! For small appliances, you may bring it into a local repair shop or ship it in to our certified repair center to be fixed.
CAN I BUY A WARRANTY ON A USED/REFURBISHED APPLIANCE?
No, currently we only cover appliances that are brand new.
I JUST PURCHASED MY WARRANTY, WHEN CAN I MAKE MY FIRST CLAIM?
You can make a claim right away! During the manufacturer's warranty period, the manufacturer of your appliance will cover any issues (our customer care team can help point you in the right direction). After that period, we take claims for the remainder of your Upsie warranty.
DO YOU COVER MY MODEL OF APPLIANCE?
Yes, we cover all models of appliances as long as there is at least a 90-day manufacturer's warranty provided.
