Buy & Activate Your Camera Warranty
Ignore the warranty add-on when you purchase your new or used camera. After you purchase your Upsie warranty, activate it by uploading a picture or copy of your receipt in your Upsie account.
Coverage Starts
Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)
Make a Claim
Talk with our US-based claims center 24/7/365 to file your claim. A real person will let you know on that call if the claim is covered and walk you through your options to get your watch working again. Our claims center will collect any deductibles right over the phone. It’s possible that you will need to send us a picture of your broken camera or lens.
Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my camera?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the camera. For example, if you have a camera with a purchase value of $999.99, and it costs us $249.99 to repair it, then you would have $750.00 remaining in claims.
"Was greatly surprised on how easy it was to select a warranty. Price compared to other warranty providers (I.e. Geek squad, asurion, and Allstate to name a few) not even close! Upsie Rocks! I will continue to warrant my precious buys with Upsie!"
