Are external accessories covered?

No, your Upsie fitness protection plan does not cover external accessories including water bottle holders, water bottles, or handlebar wrapping.

Can I cancel my protection plan and receive a refund?

Yes, you can cancel your protection plan at any time. For all plans purchased after March 24, 2023, if you cancel your plan within 90 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund (if there are no approved claims.) If you cancel your plan after 90 days, your coverage will conclude at the end of the current billing period and there will be no refund.

Can I buy a protection plan on a used/refurbished fitness equipment?

Yes! Starting March 24, 2023 you can buy a protection plan for your used or refurbished fitness equipment as long as your device has no damage, comes with at least a 30-day seller or manufacturer warranty, you purchased your device within the last 4 years, and its original MSRP before tax and discounts was at or below $2,999.99

Do you cover my model of fitness equipment?

We're able to cover most models of Fitness Equipment as long as it is in good working condition with no physical damage and it was purchased within the last 4 years. We're not able to protect the model if the original price before tax and discounts was more than $2,999.99. Upsie is not able to protect international models, or devices purchased outside of the United States.
