Buy & Activate Your MacBook Warranty
You have 60 days after purchasing your new, used or refurbished MacBook to get an Upsie warranty. Post-purchase, activate your Upsie warranty by uploading a picture or copy of your MacBooks receipt in your Upsie account.
After purchasing your MacBook warranty, there is a 31 day waiting period before you can make a claim. This applies to all damages including accidental and extended manufacturer. If your original manufacturer warranty is still valid, we may send you to the manufacturer.
Make a Claim
Make a call or fill out an online form 24/7/365 to start your claim. A real person will walk you through your claim and let you know on your first call if it is covered. On rare occasions we will ask for a picture of your MacBook for verification. After your claim is approved, our representatives will schedule an appointment with a local repair center, or send you a label and supplies so you can ship your MacBook into our certified repair center.
