Buy & Activate Your Appliance Warranty
Don’t purchase the appliance warranty offered by the retailer. You can buy an Upsie Warranty for your refrigerator, stove or other appliance up to 11 months after purchase. It’s easy to activate your warranty; upload a picture or copy of your appliance receipt in your account.
Upsie warranty coverage extends the manufacturer warranty. This coverage begins one year after the appliance purchase. We may direct you to the manufacturer if your appliance is still being covered under the manufacturer warranty.
Make a Claim
If your appliance malfunctions, call our 24/7/365 claims center or fill out a form in your account to start your claim. A real person will walk you through the claim and decide on that call if it is covered. The agent may request a picture of your broken appliance. After the claim is approved, the agent will schedule a repair appointment for you.

Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my appliance?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the appliance. For example, if you have an appliance with a purchase value of $999.99, and we send out a repair technician with a total bill of $249.99, then you would have $750.00 remaining in claims.
