In the event of a manufacturer’s defect, work with one of our certified repair shops near you to repair your small tools. For large tools, we’ll help schedule an in home repair. If your defective power tool costs less than $500, Upsie will replace rather than repair it at no additional fee.

Ignore the warranty add-on when you purchase your new or used grill, lawnmower, or power tool. You can get an Upsie warranty up to 60 days later! After you purchase your Upsie warranty, activate it by uploading a picture or copy of your receipt in your Upsie account.
Coverage Starts
Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)

Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my tool or outdoor equipment product?

We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the tool or outdoor equipment product. For example, if you have an tool or outdoor equipment product with a purchase value of $799.99, and it costs us $249.99 to repair it, then you would have $550.00 remaining in claims.
