Buy & Activate Your Galaxy Warranty

When you purchase your Samsung Galaxy phone, say no to the retailer warranty. You have up to 120 days after purchase to protect it with Upsie. Simply upload a picture or copy of your receipt in your Upsie account to activate coverage.

Coverage Starts

Upsie accidental protection begins immediately when you purchase your new Galaxy phone and Upsie warranty on the same day. When you buy your Upsie warranty on any day after you purchase your phone, or if you purchased a used phone, Upsie accidental protection starts on the 31st day after warranty purchase. Upsie protection also extends Samsung’s 1-year manufacturer warranty. This protection begins on day 366 after your phone’s purchase date. You may be directed to Samsung if your phone experiences a manufacturer defect and is less than one year old.

Make a Claim

You can make a claim 24/7/365 online or by phone. We will let you know on the first call if your claim is covered and explain repair options. A picture of the device may be required for verification. Our representatives can even schedule a repair appointment for you! Your deductible will be collected at this time, too.

My smartphone is leased. Can I still buy a warranty?


Yes, we cover devices that are not paid in full (meaning you are paying your carrier monthly via a lease agreement). If your phone breaks and is fixable, we will fix it. If your phone needs to be replaced, you may need to first get permission from your carrier to get a replacement.
