Upsie accidental protection begins on the 31st day after you buy your warranty. Smartwatch warranty coverage also extends the manufacturer warranty. This coverage begins the day after the manufacturer warranty ends, so we may direct you to the manufacturer if your watch is still under the manufacturer warranty.

A real person will let you know on that call if the claim is covered and walk you through your options to get your watch working again. Our claims center will collect any deductibles right over the phone. It’s possible that you will need to send us a picture of your broken smartwatch.

Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my Apple Watch?
We cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the device. For example, if you have an Apple Watch with a purchase value of $399.99, and we repair your device for $119.99, then you would have $280.00 remaining in claims.
