Buy & Activate Your Video Game Console Warranty
You can buy an Upsie warranty for your new gaming console and controller up to 60 days after purchase. To activate your Upsie coverage, upload a picture or copy of your product’s receipt in your account.
Upsie's coverage overlaps with the manufacturer warranty for as long as the manufacturer warranty is active. Most plans start accidental coverage for drops and spills on the 31st day after you purchase your Upsie warranty. When the manufacturer warranty ends, Upsie takes over full coverage, so your device is never without protection. (Read more in our FAQ)
Make a Claim
Make a call 24/7/365 to file your claim. A real person will answer, walk you through the claim and let you know if it is covered. You can also start the claim by filling out a form in your account. We may ask for a picture of your console for verification.
Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my console or controller?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the device. If you have a gaming console with a purchase value of $349.99, and we repair it for $149.99, then you would have $200.00 remaining in claims.
