Together, Lenovo and Dell cater nicely to almost all price points. Each manufactures a range of entry-level notebooks and high-end laptops alike.

When it comes to Dell, the manufacturer’s laptop lineup kicks off with its popular Inspiron range. Costlier than Lenovo’s entry-level models, prices start at around $400. These limited warranties offer a degree of peace of mind in the event of issues caused by manufacturing defects.
