Common answers to frequently asked questions

Is there a limit to the number of claims I can make on my television?
We will cover an unlimited number of claims up to the purchase value of the device. If you have a TV with a purchase value of $999.99, and we send out a repair technician with a total bill of $249.99, then you would have $750.00 remaining in claims.
How does my television get repaired?
Our customer care team will schedule and send out a technician to your home to fix your TV on site! In some cases, the technician may need to take your TV back to their repair facility to be fixed.
Can I buy a warranty on a used/refurbished television?
No, currently we only cover TVs that are brand new and in their original sealed package.
I just purchased my warranty, when can I make my first claim?
You can make a claim right away! During the manufacturer's warranty period, the manufacturer of your TV will cover any issues (our customer care team can help point you in the right direction). After that we take any claims for the remainder of your Upsie warranty.
Do you cover my model of television?
Yes, we cover all models of televisions as long as there is at least a 90-day manufacturer's warranty provided.
My TV was marked as an open-box item, will Upsie cover it?
As long as the open-box item is still under its original manufacturer's warranty, and it was bought from a store, then yes we can cover your item.
